The Central Virginia Workforce Development Board will meet in person on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at 3 p.m. in the West Room of the Drysdale Student Center at the University of Lynchburg. A virtual attendance option will be available through Microsoft Teams; however, board members who attend virtually will not be counted toward our quorum and will not be able to vote on any action that comes before the body.
The purpose of this meeting will be to complete a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) Analysis of our local workforce system. While this analysis is a state-mandated requirement of our local planning process, this exercise will give us an opportunity to review the post-pandemic landscape of our labor market and identify areas of focus for our future work.
