2026 Appomattox Job Fair
Looking for a new job or ready to take the next step in your career? Join us for the 2026 Appomattox Job Fair on Wednesday, August 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Central Virginia Community College Appomattox Center, located at 136 Carver Lane in Appomattox.
This free event will give job seekers an opportunity to meet directly with representatives from employers in Appomattox and surrounding communities. Attendees can learn about available positions, speak with hiring representatives, and submit applications on site.
Please bring copies of your résumé and come prepared to discuss your experience, skills, and career interests.
Need Help Preparing Your Résumé?
A special Résumé Helpdesk will be held on Tuesday, August 4, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the J. Robert Jamerson Memorial Library. Job seekers who need to create or update a résumé are encouraged to stop by for assistance before the job fair.
