The Operations and Performance Committee provides oversight of direct service delivery operations within the Virginia Career Works one-stop center and the WIOA Title I Youth, Adult, and Dislocated Worker programs. The committee reviews program performance and operational practices, evaluates ongoing efforts, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops policy and procedural recommendations for consideration by the full Board. It also addresses matters related to federal program compliance and implementation. The committee generally meets twice each year, in March and September.
