Finance Committee - Virginia Career Works Central Region

The Finance Committee provides oversight of the Central Virginia Workforce Development Board’s financial matters and helps ensure the responsible and effective use of funds under the Board’s authority. The committee meets to review financial reports, revenues, expenditures, grant spending, proposed budgets, budget modifications, and other matters affecting the fiscal integrity of the workforce development system. The committee makes recommendations regarding budgets, financial policies, funding allocations, and other fiscal matters for consideration and approval by the full Board.
